Honey Bun Iced Latte

The morning sun hits the kitchen island just right, casting a golden hour glow that no coffee shop lighting could ever replicate. Today, we are skipping the chaotic cafe lines and the $9 price tags. Instead, we’re curating an experience: the Honey Bun Iced Latte.

Creamy, decadent, and effortlessly chic. It perfectly balances the comfort of a classic honey bun with the elevated sophistication of a high-end cold brew.

It’s less of a caffeine fix and more of a morning ritual—a pastry-inspired luxury poured over ice.

Ingredients

1 tbsp honey

½ tbsp brown sugar

½ tbsp white chocolate sauce or powder

1-2 shots of espresso or 2 tsp instant espresso

1 dash of ground cinnamon

1 pinch of salt

¾ cup  milk of choice ( oat or whole milk work beautifully )

Ice

Directions

  1. In a mug or glass, combine the honey, brown sugar, white chocolate, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Combine with espresso: Brew your hot espresso directly over the ingredients. If using instant espresso, add about 2 oz of hot water. Whisk or use a handheld milk frother until all the sugar and honey are completely dissolved.

  3. Fill your favorite glass with ice and add your milk of choice. Pour the frothy, melted espresso mixture over the ice and milk.

  4. Stir well, dust the top with a little extra cinnamon.

Enjoy!
